You can have someone teach you the basics, but it's going to take a long time to get the hang of it.

Don't get a nose piercing. Just settle for ear piercings.
Well assuming you already have flash, you should go check out the tutorials collection. There are lots of basic tutorials on tweening and making basic animations.
It's already settled, I'll probably get a nose piercing, but most of the time I'll be hiding it.
